Prices

Before we send an parcel the order has been fully paid. We demand a payment within one week.
Payments can be made cash, by bank transfer or paypal.
Paypal payments are subject to a 4% charge over the complete price to cover paypal costs.

Changes and returns
Orders can be changed within 7 days after purchase if they are in unworn and unused state. Trying them on is offcourse no problem. Once you've used them you cannot change them.
After 7 days you cannot change your items.
Der Panzerknacker will charge you for the extra postage costs involved by sending you a new parcel.
Postage and other involved costs that are made by the customer for sending an item back will not be paid by Der Panzerknacker.
Der Panzerknacker will only return your money (excl.posting and handling) when the item has an manufacturing problem, or when we've pre-arranged this.
Any special made items or items on sale can not be changed, sales are final.
Postage
After we've recieved your payment we will send it as soon as we can. We normally ship twice a week (Tuesday and friday) After we've posted it we will always notify you.Normally it takes 2 days to deliver in Holland, abroad offcourse some days more.
Due to the nature of our business it is not possible to come and visit us. We only do post order, militaria fairs and re-enactment events.

Der Panzerknacker has a limited collection of uniforms on stock. What we have is on our website which is updated whenever needed.
